Hello and welcome to Lumbertubs Primary School website

The website is a place where we can celebrate the amazing activities that take place at our school and the achievement of our children. It is also a vital tool for communicating with our parents, carers, visitors and the wider community, as well as providing information about the policies, practice and procedures at Lumbertubs Primary School.

We are all extremely proud of our school and staff are committed to providing the best possible education for all of our children. We know that Lumbertubs Primary School is a place where children feel safe within a happy and stimulating environment, in which each child is encouraged to enjoy learning and develop a lively and enquiring mind. We want our children to develop the ability to question and to discuss rationally, to apply themselves to tasks and skills and strive to reach their full potential in all aspects of school life.

Visitors, walking around school, comment on happy children engaged in their learning in a calm, yet stimulating environment. We take great pride in the fact that we have an inclusive school, in which the child's voice is clearly heard in an atmosphere which encourages respect for all. Children lie at the heart of everything that we do and we look forward to working with you and your child. Parents are welcomed as partners in their child's education and we really value your involvement. Children learn best when staff, parents and children work in partnership and we have high expectations of all.
