Information, Advice and Resources
At Lumbertubs we work with a variety of outside agencies in order to support both children and their parents/carers. These include:
- Speech and Language Therapists
- Educational Psychologists
- School Nurse
- Physiotherapist
- Occupational Therapist
- SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Support Service
- SASS (School Attendance Support Service)
- MHST (Mental Health Support Team)
West Northants has Developed the SEND ranges. This document helps school in their support of children with SEND as well as their parents.

Positive Parenting Support
New Positive Parenting Programmes
NCT Children and Family Support Services is pleased to announce some new parenting
programmes . These are all offered free of charge. We have programmes:
*For parents of children 0 to 12
*For parents of teenagers
*For parents of children with additional needs
*For parents who are experiencing personal distress from separation or divorce which is impacting on or complicating their parenting
Parenting Support Positive Parenting includes:
- Understand your child’s behaviour
- Develop life long parenting skills
- Encourage good behaviours and manage emotions
- Become a confident parent
- Praise your child, not just the action
- Get assistance when you need it
- Take care of yourself as a parent
